Shipping

• We aim to ship all orders within 7 working days with the exception of custom orders.
• Once your order has been shipped we will send you Track and Trace information.
• Public Holidays may affect shipping times.
• We ship all orders with Post.nl

Shipping rates:

Netherlands: €5.95

Germany and Belgium: €9.50

UK: €20

Europe: €15 -25€ 

Rest of the World: 

orders below €200 - €35

orders €200-€400 - €80 

orders above €400 - €150

 

Please contact us if you would like your order to be shipped with another courier and we can check best shipping rates. 

 

Returns

• If you have changed your mind and would like to return your purchase please note that we have 14 day return policy. 
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
• Custom made orders and gift cards are not refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
