Refund policy
Returns
- If you have changed your mind and would like to return your purchase please note that we have 14 day return policy.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Custom made orders and gift cards are not refundable.
- Please contact us at hello@oohmylight.com before returning your item.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, depending on way of payment this may take up to 30 days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange the product please first return your item and then place new order.
Shipping

- You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
- You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
